IT and Cybersecurity Sales Account Executive

We are looking for an individual who thrives in an environment of growth and change and who has a successful track record supporting existing customers and selling to new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones by offering cutting-edge IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored to their specific needs, always prioritizing what’s right for the client.
  • Solution Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our state-of-the-art IT and cybersecurity products and services and creatively find innovative ways to communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently by taking ownership of your goals and making it happen, even in the face of challenges.
  • Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted consultant, providing insights and recommendations to clients to address their IT and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate contracts and agreement terms that mutually benefit both parties while keeping it simple and straightforward.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay well-informed about evolving IT and cybersecurity trends, market developments, and competitive activities, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using our CRM system, following the data to drive decisions and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experienced engineers and consultants to ensure effective implementation, management, and optimization of IT and cybersecurity solutions for clients.
  • Post-sale Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly while maintaining our commitment to doing what’s right for the client.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT and cybersecurity reselling or consulting industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, aligning with our core values.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach, always prioritizing what’s right for the client.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of your responsibilities and making them happen.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
